These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction. Client engagements may specify a different governing law in the signed agreement, which prevails for that engagement.
