Kareemiya Technologies & BPO is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

01 Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility was considered during design and build rather than retrofitted, and it is re-checked whenever we make significant changes.
02 What we have built in
This site includes the following accessibility measures:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page.
- A "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators, and full keyboard operability for the navigation, tabs, accordions, gallery and forms.
- ARIA roles and states on the interactive components, including the mega-menu, tab panels and accordions.
- Text and interface colours tested for contrast against their backgrounds.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with persistent visible labels, clearly marked required fields, and error messages tied to the field they describe.
- Full support for prefers-reduced-motion — all animation, parallax, counters and the hero canvas are disabled when that preference is set.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and that tolerate text resizing to 200%.
- Content that remains readable and usable if JavaScript fails to load.
03 Known limitations
We are aware of the following, and are working to address them:
- The embedded Google Map and Google Form on the Contact and Apply Now pages are third-party components whose accessibility we do not control. An accessible alternative is always offered alongside them — our address in text, and a native application form.
- Some photography carried over from the previous site has generic alternative text where the original context was not recorded.
