01 Who we are

Kareemiya Technologies & BPO ("Kareemiya", "we", "us") is a business process outsourcing company operating from Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and serving clients internationally. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through the services we deliver.

02 Information we collect

We collect only what we need for a stated purpose. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form — name, email address, telephone number and company name.
• Application details submitted through our careers form — name, contact details, address, city, CV or resume, availability, language proficiency and referral source.
• Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.
• Correspondence — records of emails, calls and messages exchanged with our team.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16 through this website.

03 How we use your information

We process personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have requested.
• Assess job applications, arrange interviews and manage recruitment.
• Operate, secure and improve this website.
• Meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

04 Client data we process on instruction

When delivering contact centre and outsourcing services, we process personal data belonging to our clients' customers strictly on their documented instructions and under a written agreement. In that context the client is the data controller and Kareemiya acts as a processor. We apply the access controls, retention schedules and security measures set out in that agreement.

05 Legal basis for processing

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on: your consent (for example when you submit an application), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business proportionately, and compliance with legal obligations.

06 Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only where necessary:

• With service providers who host our website, deliver email or provide recruitment tooling, under confidentiality obligations.
• With clients, where you have applied for or been assigned to their programme.
• Where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a public authority.
• In connection with a corporate transaction, subject to equivalent protections.

07 International transfers

Our operations are based in Pakistan and our clients are largely in the United States and Europe. Where personal information moves between jurisdictions we put appropriate contractual safeguards in place before the transfer takes place.

08 Retention

Enquiry records are held for up to 24 months from last contact. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for up to 12 months so that we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client programme data is retained for the period stated in the relevant client agreement and then securely disposed of.

09 Security

We apply least-privilege access controls, restricted and monitored workstations, confidentiality agreements for all floor staff, secure transfer channels, and documented disposal at the end of a retention period. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold ourselves to the standards our regulated clients require.

10 Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law.
